Broken Pipe-Water Damage in Frontenac MO 63131

This flooded basement in Frontenac, MO was the result of a broken pipe. Notice the redish water marks coming down the wall? Those water marks were over all the other walls in the basement. The relish marks are marks caused by water leaking down the wall. Eventually enough water piled up on the floor causing all the contents, in the before picture,  to be contaminated. Our crews here at SERVPRO West Kirkwood Sunset Hills got all the water up and were able to save some of the items from the water damage. Our crews discover the water was classified a class 3 and a cat. 2. The after picture was taken just 2 days after the incident occurred. Our customer was very satisfied with our work and was expecting a much longer drawn out process.
