Sewer Back Up in Ballwin, MO

This flooded basement in Ballwin, MO was the result of sewer drain back up. The sewer back up affected the customers entire unfinished basement. The sewer back up contained raw sewage which results in a category 3 water damage. Category 3 is the worst category to be in for water damage. The total amount of time this whole job took our crews was 3 days. Our crews had to set dehumidifiers out in the customers basement to help with the drying process after the crews tore up the affected carpet and parts of the walls. Our customer was expecting a much longer process considering the amount of space there was and was very please with how quickly our crews worked.
