Flooded Basement in Ellisville, MO

This flooded basement in Ellisville, MO was caused by a toilet disposal pump failure. The pump failure affect not only the surrounding areas but the stairs, a bedroom, a hallway, and part of the customers family room, all in which was a finished basement. Because the basement was finished our crews had to take the carpeting and floor boards up. To prevent mold growth our crews sprayed a disinfected spray about where all the water was located. Dehumidifiers were set around the affected areas in the basement to help the drying process. The dehumidifiers were set at the customers house for about 2 days. The customer was very please with how fast the crew members work to make everything "Like it never even happened."
